These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the V3 Logistics website (v3-log.com) and the services we provide. By contacting us or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

V3 Logistics provides freight forwarding and logistics services between Europe and the Balkans, including:

Services are executed by V3 Logistics directly and/or through our network of vetted partner carriers.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Booking is confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) and creates a binding contract subject to these Terms and applicable freight conventions.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise agreed and exclude VAT. Payment terms are stated on each invoice — by default, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur statutory interest.

Our liability for international road transport is governed by the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road, 1956, as amended). Liability for loss or damage is limited to 8.33 SDR per kilogram of gross weight short, unless a higher value is declared and an additional premium agreed in writing.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.

6. Delivery times

Stated delivery times are estimates based on standard transit conditions. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by border delays, weather, road conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Insurance

Standard CMR liability is included. Additional cargo insurance covering the full value of the goods is available on request and recommended for high-value shipments.

8. Customs and compliance

The shipper warrants that the cargo complies with all applicable export, import, and transit laws. V3 Logistics may refuse to transport or hold cargo found to violate sanctions, embargoes, or other legal restrictions.

9. Cancellation

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee covering reasonable costs already committed (truck reservation, planning, etc.).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the CMR Convention or other applicable international treaties. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
